We reserve the right to make minor technical, engineering or manufacturing changes that:

6. YOUR RIGHT TO REQUEST CHANGES
6.1 Requesting Changes
If you wish to change an order after it has been placed, you must contact us as soon as possible.
We will advise whether the requested change can be accommodated.
6.2 Changes Within Two Days
Where possible, we will attempt to accommodate changes requested within two calendar days of ordering.
However, no change is guaranteed until confirmed by us in writing.
6.3 Changes After Two Days
After two calendar days:

6.4 Production Stage
Once production, procurement, manufacture, fabrication, customisation or project preparation has commenced, changes may no longer be possible.
Where changes can be accommodated, additional charges and revised lead times may apply.
7. OUR RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES
7.1 Minor Changes
We may make minor changes to products where necessary to:

8. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
8.1 Delivery Costs
Delivery charges will be shown during the ordering process or included within your quotation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery is limited to mainland England and Wales. Deliveries outside these areas may incur additional charges.
Any customs duties, local taxes, import charges or other governmental fees applicable outside the United Kingdom are the responsibility of the customer.
8.2 Delivery Timeframes
Any delivery dates or lead times provided by Cinema Deco are estimates only.
Whilst we will use reasonable endeavours to meet any estimated delivery date, time shall not be of the essence and delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, supplier delays, shipping constraints, customs processes or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8.3 Delivery Method
Unless installation services have been purchased, products will be delivered on a kerb-side pallet delivery basis using a tail-lift vehicle.
Customers are responsible for:

Providing suitable access for delivery vehicles.
-
Ensuring sufficient personnel are available to move products beyond the delivery point where necessary.
-
Ensuring products can safely pass through entrances, hallways, staircases, lifts and access routes.
8.4 Installation Services
Where installation services have been purchased, Cinema Deco or its authorised contractors will arrange installation at a mutually agreed date.
The customer must ensure:

Safe and unrestricted access.

Suitable power supplies.
-
Completion of any required building works.
-
Compliance with any site-specific requirements.
Additional charges may apply where installation cannot proceed due to site conditions not previously disclosed.
8.5 Delays Beyond Our Control
We shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control including:

Supplier delays

Shipping delays

Customs delays

Industrial disputes

Adverse weather

Power failures

Government restrictions

Acts of God
Where substantial delays occur, we will keep you informed and seek to minimise disruption.
8.6 Responsibility for Goods
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership of the goods remains with Cinema Deco until full payment has been received.
9. STORAGE CHARGES
9.1 Storage Following Completion
When products are ready for dispatch, delivery or installation, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date.
If delivery cannot be arranged within ten (10) days of notification that the products are ready, storage charges may apply.
9.2 Storage Fees
Storage charges are:
£75 plus VAT per week
and apply to all Cinema Deco products, including:

Cinema Seating
-
MicroWall Displays
-
Accessories
-
Other products supplied by Cinema Deco
9.3 Failure to Accept Delivery
Where a customer repeatedly fails to accept delivery or delays installation without reasonable cause, Cinema Deco reserves the right to continue applying storage charges until delivery is completed.
10. SUSPENSION OF SUPPLY
10.1 Circumstances Where We May Suspend Supply
We may suspend supply of products or services where necessary:

To comply with legal requirements.

Due to supplier restrictions.

Because payment remains outstanding.

10.2 Suspension Due to Non-Payment

11.2 Consumer Cancellation Rights

13. OUR RIGHT TO END THE CONTRACT

Delivery cannot be completed due to customer action or inaction.

Cinema Seating orders require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering.
MicroWall orders require a 30% deposit at the time of ordering.
15.3 Balance Payment
The remaining balance becomes payable when products are ready for:

Installation
Full payment must be received before dispatch, delivery or installation takes place.
15.4 Pricing Errors
Where an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund sums paid.
15.5 Interest on Overdue Payments
We may charge interest on overdue sums at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
16. LIABILITY
16.1 Liability We Cannot Exclude
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
