Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1 working day to process your order and confirm receipt of your deposit. Expect an email once your deposit has been made, to let you know your order has been placed and is in production.
Please check your order confirmation to ensure it is correct. If there are any changes you want to make or have ordered something in error, please inform us immediately at sales@cinemadeco.com.
DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within the UK. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Seating orders will take 10-12 weeks to deliver from when your deposit is received. MicroWall products ate 6-8 weeks.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a telephone call advising when you can expect your order. Our seats are shipped to the UK so we will inform you as soon as they have cleared customs and provide you with delivery date options.
FREE SHIPPING
The cost of shipping and kerb-side delivery is included in your seat(s) cost. There will be no additional charges unless you delay the order in which case storage costs may be incurred.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus your deposit.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@cinemadeco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
